Arrange delivery
Contact seller via the app to arrange delivery. Meetup, TCS, Leopards, or Bykea in your city.
Inspect & confirm
Receive and test the item. Happy? Tap 'Confirm Receipt'. Funds instantly released to seller via Raast.
Problem? Dispute it
Not happy? Raise a dispute within 48 hours. Escrow frozen. We review evidence and resolve in 72 hours.
